Hoshi wo Katta Hi

A mysterious world called "Iblard" is imagined and depicted in this short film, which was only shown at the Ghibli Museum in Mitaka. In the city where Nona lives, a Time Bureau monitors how people use time and oversees those who misuse it. Nona, unable to accept this system, leaves home and meets a mysterious woman named Ninya, moving in with her on a farm. He later trades some of his vegetables for a seed of a star and decides to plant it.
