The last installment in the "Icz" series shifts significantly from earlier plots. Two antagonists, Cross and Chaos, wreak havoc across the galaxy and prepare to attack Earth. The Iczelions, formed by combining young girls with sentient armor called Iczels, are the only force capable of stopping them. Nagisa, an ordinary high school student, is forced into this role despite her reluctance. She must take on the responsibility of becoming an Iczelion to protect Earth and humanity, though she resists the idea.
