A rare opportunity arises every hundred years to obtain the legendary Pai, a set of ten mahjong tiles said to grant any wish. Several unusual figures pursue the Pai, including an alien in the shape of a rabbit seeking Earth's domination, a dominatrix who uses black magic, a pop idol and witch aiming to return to her magical realm, a cyborg desiring humanity, and a schoolgirl who is actually a superhero. When they all discover a monster in possession of one of the tiles, conflict is inevitable. With only one tile available and multiple claimants, they are forced into a battle to determine who will claim it.
