Joutarou tries to track down the mysterious foot print Stand's user. He manages to outrun the Stand with a motorcycle, and thinks to call Kouichi and ask him to find the user by using Reverb. Meanwhile, the mysterious Stand keeps chasing Joutarou. Joutarou manages to get his hands on a cellphone and manages to call Kouichi, but then he realizes that the ocean i right in front of him...
