Konpeki no Kantai

A Japanese alternate-history original video animation, this series is produced by JC Staff and adapted from a 1992 novel by Yoshio Aramaki. It centers on a highly advanced Imperial Japanese Navy and a reimagined Pacific War, altered by the mysterious return of Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto to the past. The story includes historical 1940s figures with altered first names, such as Winston Churchill appearing as Kingston Churchill and Adolf Hitler as Heinrich von Hitler.
