Michiru Rescue!

Four colored orbs—blue, yellow, silver, and purple—chase a dark red orb in space. After a confrontation, the blue orb lands on Earth in a girl's bedroom while the dark red orb follows and transforms into a boy who illegally keeps Mejiro birds. Later, at a park flea market, a large number of Mejiro birds descend and attack people. The remaining orbs attempt to pacify the birds but fail to prevent further conflict. As tensions rise, the girl hears a voice urging her to rescue the Mejiro.
