Noel no Fushigi na Bouken

A young girl named Noel and her dog, Pup, live on Planet Noel. While relaxing, Noel decides to bring ice cream to the sun, and they embark on a journey. They stop at Planet Gaudy, where the President greets them and invites them to a party showcasing the planet's fashion. Noel is unimpressed, saying beauty and love are unaffected by clothing, prompting the President and citizens to remove their clothes. Noel and Pup then continue to the sun, who warns them about dangerous smog from an unknown planet. They investigate but are soon surrounded by the smog and escape to a nearby planet underwater. There, they admire the scenery but notice the fish are sick.
