Izumi Hayato seeks the student council presidency, but loses to a charismatic candidate who promotes liberal attitudes toward love and distributes condoms during her campaign. He becomes vice president instead. During a council meeting, the new president visits Izumi at home and declares she is to be his wife, citing a childhood agreement between their parents made when they were three years old, which was influenced by alcohol.
