A former Marine officer named Randolph leads a theatrical troupe on his ship, staging performances intended to inspire those who have lost family to pirates. As he prepares for his final show before retiring, he is confronted by a vengeful former subordinate who has risen to the rank of commander and seeks to capture him. Luffy and his crew attend the performance and become involved in the unfolding events.
