Reina has become a stronger warrior after facing various challenges. She travels to the capital city of Gainos to compete in the Queen's Blade tournament, where Queen Aldora is present. Several other skilled and attractive warriors have also arrived for the same purpose. These include Reina’s sister Claudette, who seeks to revive the honor of House Vance; Tomoe and Shizuka, who fight for their homeland of Hinomoto; Nanael, who is required to compete by the Archangel; and the Marshland Witch’s subordinates. All participants share the goal of winning the Queen's Blade, a competition designed to find the strongest and most beautiful queen. The winner will be decided through battle.
