Livius's uncle, Bard, comes home one day unexpectedly. He is popular with women and tries to seduce Nika. Bard, Nike, and Livius all attend a Banquet hosted by a nobilty. While Livius is out on the balcony, Bard takes Nike to her room. Nike finds out that Bard does not in fact love her, but was testing her. Livius finds them and puts Bard in jail. (Source: Wikipedia)
