Two children, Maruchi and Arachi, are discovered living in a mountain cave after their grandfather was killed by Blue Skull 13. A couple takes them to civilization and teaches them taekwondo, a skill in which they show great ability. Blue Skull 13, however, continues his schemes against humanity, leading Maruchi and Arachi to face his dangerous plans.
