A hijacked MBT-99A tank, designed by the U.S. Air Force, is pursued through a city after a bank robbery. The tank features six ATGM launchers, a laser weapon that fires slowly, and a rifled main gun. It has four sets of treads and is capable of ejecting the pilot like a fighter jet. During the chase, the tank evades capture despite multiple attempts by MBT-90D units, which are equipped with a three-barreled autocannon and three ATGM launchers. The hijackers, working for a foreign-backed group, had programmed the tank to reach a pier to meet a submarine. After they are expelled, the tank activates on its own. A second bank, owned by the same corporation, is destroyed during the pursuit, causing significant collateral damage.
