Aoba Riku recently moved to a new high school due to his father's job and quickly realizes the environment is unusual. The school is managed by the headmaster's secretary, who promotes academic freedom while maintaining control. The teachers are peculiar, and many students wear animal ears. On his first day, Riku becomes involved in a student council event that leads to a dangerous chase.
