There is a 9200 point difference between Akagi and Washizu. Washizu makes a meld call on the Hatsu tile, aiming for a hon'itsu hand. With the Xia dora tile, he will achieve haneman with his hon'itsu, hatsu and 3 dora hand. Akagi is certain to die if he falls below Washizu's position.
