A young man with a cheerful and optimistic nature speaks with a Tohou accent and is deeply passionate about fishing. Though inexperienced, he possesses a strong intuition for the sport and takes part in fishing competitions to improve his skills. Living in a village surrounded by diverse natural environments, he encounters various fishing challenges. Through these experiences, he learns to overcome obstacles and grow by reflecting on his mistakes. He meets both rivals and allies who contribute to his development and help sharpen his abilities.
