Wake Up, Girls! Shin Shou

Seven girls from Sendai, Miyagi form the idol group "Wake Up, Girls!" and work together under the small production company Green Leaves Entertainment. They face many challenges before defeating the national idol group I-1 Club at the Idol Festival and winning the event, suddenly becoming top idols. However, the idol industry is in a recession, making their continued success difficult. At the same time, a trio of middle school girls from Sendai—Hayashi Ayumi, Morishima Otome, and Atsugi Itsuka—develop a growing interest in becoming idols themselves.
