The fourth book in the series continues the story with the line "And then black turns to red." It is inspired by a song uploaded by mothy on Nico Nico Douga in June 2011. It focuses on Lemy, an orphan taken in by the affluent Julia Abelard. The book also portrays his transformation into the killer known as "Fifth Pierrot."
