A collection of brief narratives centered on the experiences of individuals pursuing mountain climbing, highlighting the challenges and hardships they face in their pursuit of personal goals. The work explores themes of perseverance and ambition through the lives of these climbers. It was recognized with the 6th Kodansha Manga Award in the shounen category in 1982.
