Dragon Yashinatte Kudasai

Murakami is a typical college student who balances school, work, and free time. One day, while in a park near his apartment, he encounters what appears to be a stray animal. Instead of a dog, he discovers a dragon named Ilsera. She is on a journey to complete her training and asks Murakami to care for her while she stays in the human world. He ends up taking her in, becoming her temporary caretaker.
