Fushigi Yuugi: Byakko Senki

In 1923, Suzuno Ohsugi is told by her father, Takao, to avoid a book called The Universe of the Four Gods, which he claims only men can handle. He is aware that the book requires a final heroine, the Priestess of Byakko, to fulfill its narrative. During the Great Kanto Earthquake, Suzuno and Takao become trapped in their burning house. To save his daughter, Takao sees no other option but to send her into The Universe of the Four Gods.
