A world exists where some are born with martial arts abilities and others are not. Tae-Yeon Kang, one of the former, attends Murim Police University, an institution for those with powers who pursue justice. His reasons for being there are personal—he is searching for answers about his father’s disappearance and seeking safety from the Evil Murim Faction, who want his family’s martial arts manual. Meanwhile, the Ghost King, a figure who vanished years ago, reappears. Little is known about the masked individual, raising questions about their true identity.
