A boy named Inoue experiences an asthma attack on the first day of school and is assisted by Karasuma. Inoue quickly develops feelings for him, but Karasuma claims he has no interest in relationships. Despite this, Inoue persistently asks Karasuma out multiple times daily. Eventually, overwhelmed by his emotions, Karasuma reacts strongly, and Inoue is injured when a window is broken by a sudden gust of wind.
