Itoshi no Nekokke

Kei-chan begins living with Mii-kun, a former friend and romantic partner, in Tokyo. Their attempts to reconnect are frequently disrupted by the eccentric residents of Mii-kun's apartment building. Beyond these distractions, the two must overcome a more significant challenge if they hope to rekindle their relationship and become officially committed.
