Joaquin, an assassin, follows a strict code that leaves no room for personal attachments. His life changes when Davion, a young man, saves him. However, Joaquin's actions later destroy what Davion values most. Feeling responsible, Joaquin trains Davion to seek revenge against those involved, including himself.
