Kimi wa Tsukiyo ni Hikarikagayaku

After losing someone significant, the narrator has been living without direction. In high school, they meet a classmate named Watarase Mamizu, who is hospitalized with a condition called "luminescence disease," which causes her body to glow under moonlight, with the intensity increasing as her death nears. Learning of her limited time and her remaining wishes, the narrator offers to help her fulfill them. She accepts, and through this promise, the narrator begins to feel time shift once more.
