Koko wo Isekai to Suru!

A high school student named Yuudai follows the principle of living life in moderation. Kotonoha, another student, is obsessed with the idea of entering an alternate universe. Their contrasting personalities clash as they form an Isekai club with the goal of creating a sort of alternate world. Their efforts disrupt Yuudai's otherwise ordinary school routine. The story explores the strange developments that arise from their attempt to build an artificial alternate reality.
