In a desolate world dominated by chimerical beings, a hierarchy exists where female creatures consume males. Usagi, the older sibling, safeguards her brother Mitsuki, who is fascinated by documenting their surroundings. Mitsuki discovers books in a hidden location, revealing that the world was not always as it is now.
