Marine Blue no Kaze ni Dakarete

Tachibana runs a cafe near the beach and spends time there with her dog, Dolphin. Her cousin Ippei loses a surfing contest to a new arrival, whom Tachibana is surprised to recognize as Arikawa, her former first love and source of heartache. Arikawa has returned from the U.S. after four years and believes Tachibana dislikes him. Before they can speak, Ippei issues another surfing challenge to Arikawa, this time as a hurricane approaches.
