In a society where rare metals are central to the economy, those who risk their lives searching for them, known as "Minea," are held in high regard. A mysterious young boy named Ruka arrives in the declining town of Elza, determined to become a Minea despite the town's struggles. His actions draw the attention of Shella, a local girl whose younger brother was poisoned in an accident at the town's abandoned mine. As Ruka becomes entangled with Shella and her community, hidden complexities begin to surface. Whether Ruka can assist those around him or fulfill his dream of becoming a renowned Minea remains uncertain.
