Ore to Atashi to Shinsekai

A construction worker named Makoto is taken to a gay bar after work and meets Shinobu, an effeminate young man with an interest in foreigners. Shinobu is attracted to Makoto's appearance, and the two start a relationship. Their story takes an unexpected turn at some point.
