Sakon: Sengoku Fuuunroku

Shima Sakon was a loyal samurai who served Ishida Mitsunari and participated in the Battle of Sekigahara against Tokugawa Ieyasu. Known for his bravery and integrity, he is recognized as the grandfather of Yagyū Yoshikane, also known as Yagyū Renyasai. Historical accounts differ regarding his fate after the battle. Some records claim he perished during the conflict, while others suggest he fled to Kyoto alongside the Yagyū family. Alternative versions of his story remain uncertain.
