A request from the Ichijinsha comic HOWL editorial team asked two manga artists, M and H, to create artwork and a manga based on the internet-famous name "SCP." The project also aimed to serve as an introduction to SCP. The artists accepted, though they had limited knowledge about the original material. M, who is unfamiliar with SCP, learns about it from H, who has experience with horror content. M is responsible for the introductory section, while H handles the illustrations for the original SCP part.
