Shinizokonai Agape

A high school sophomore named Setouchi Hiromi awakens from a coma caused by a traffic accident to discover he is now in the body of a girl named Nishimura Sayu. Nishimura proposes that they remain in each other's bodies permanently. The story explores how the two individuals navigate the challenges and experiences of adolescence while living in swapped bodies.
