Sonchou

A retired man named Tetsunoshin Kataiwa serves as mayor of a coastal village called Pon Pon. He uses a modified Suzuki Jimny, which he calls "Pochi," to patrol and protect the area. After chasing a man who littered a juice can, he discovers the man is part of a criminal plot to sabotage the nation's largest power plant. The mayor's vehicle, equipped with rocket-firing capabilities and the ability to fly, allows him to confront and stop the criminals, preventing a large-scale disaster.
