A third-year high school student named Nekozuka Serina focuses on earning a scholarship, but her appearance often violates the school's dress code. Tachibana Reiko, a member of the disciplinary committee, frequently enforces these rules against her. Reiko also consistently outperforms Serina in both academics and sports.
