In a society where horn size determines magical ability, Eru, a first-year student at a magic school, feels inadequate due to his small horns and weak magic. His powers are barely detectable, and strange mishaps often occur in his presence. Rihito, a top student with formidable magic, is assigned as Eru's roommate and appears to dislike him.
