Uemura Takitarou possesses the ability to transform his entire appearance. After his friend Asami Kusaka is murdered by a killer known as the Night Blindness Man, who removes the eyes of his victims, Uemura is approached by Tominaga Hana, a model who recognizes his talent. She invites him to join UC, a company that uses rumors and urban legends to investigate mysteries and crimes. Uemura takes on the challenge of identifying the person responsible for Kusaka's death.
