In a city without its information broker, the residents of Ikebukuro spend their day off in various ways. Some go shopping with their families; others spend time with their lovers and friends. Some conceal the spark of new determination in their hearts, while others take action- spurred on by the seeds sown by the information broker. The hint of an uproar lurks beneath the surface of what seems to be a peaceful, ordinary day. Far from it all, though, Izaya waits all day for “someone”. And that “someone”… is coming to kill.
