Kazuya decides to tour the city with Liscia, Carla, and Owen and shows where he had the slums rebuilt. Due to the existence of healing magic, medicines are primitive and hygiene is not well understood. Kazuya hopes to educate the citizens about germs and has contacted a three-eyed species whose third eye can actually see germs. Their advanced medicinal practices even include antibiotics, which Kazuya names "Three-eyedine". Since it is extracted from a sub-species of Gelin called a Gelmedic, Tomoe has provided assistance.
