OZ

A post-nuclear war Earth has left the United States divided into six conflicting regions. In 2021, Felicia, a scientist, joins a journey with a hired soldier named Muto and an android known as 1019 to locate the fabled city of OZ, believed to still function. Their search culminates in the discovery of a military installation and an unstable individual. Separately, a girl seeks to find OZ, a place she believes to be a utopia and the home of her missing sibling. A mercenary is engaged to guide her there, accompanied by a cyborg dispatched by her brother. However, OZ is not the ideal place it appears, and the brother is not entirely rational despite his intelligence.
