Reiji Sugimoto is the Vice-Master of Draw Sword Guild, the second most powerful guild in Asia.
During the 4th Jeju Island Reclamation Raid, Reiji Sugimoto did not directly participate in the raid like his guild master Goto Ryuji. However, he was onboard the second DDH-184, one of the numerous Japanese boats surrounding the island.
