Elf-ppoi Hana-san no Tekitou na Apartment-gurashi

The girl selling flowers next door in a cheap apartment building looks, by every measure, exactly like an elf. She is also fairly easygoing about the whole thing, which leaves her neighbor content to keep describing himself as an ordinary non-elf for the time being. A comedy about a slightly fantastical world that begins just past the wall of a small two-bedroom flat.
