Saori Shiroki

Shiroki Saori started animating while attending Tama Art University in Tokyo. At the time her method consisted of using oil-based paint on a sheet of glass. She graduated from Tokyo Art University with a major in Animation in 2010. She likes to look at animals and insects. Three of her pieces: Yoru no Akari (2005), Maggot (2007), Yubi wo Nusunda Onna (2010), were shown at the Annecy International Animated Film Festival. In 2012 she was chosen to animate a music video for Virgin Babylon Records for the song Monotonous Purgatory by Matryoshka which appears on their album Laideronnette. (Source: AniDB)
