Edo is enveloped in a miasma. Tokugawa Yoshinobu finally reveals himself. Yoshinobu confesses he only wanted to see the Ultra Soul to relieve his boredom and cause Ii trouble for saying everything he did was for Yoshinobu while only giving attention to the Tokugawa shogunate.
