Rion is tricked into installing a chip in his car, Gun Bluster, by a mini-4WD company. The chip causes the vehicle to race uncontrollably, leading to chaos among racers. Rion joins forces with the TRF Victorys to track down and stop Gun Bluster. Alongside Retsu, Go Seiba, Ryo Takaba, Jiromaru, Tokichi, and J, they face another group also pursuing Gun Bluster, whose motives remain unclear. Working together with their mini-4WDs, the team evades traps and races to safely retrieve Gun Bluster.
