Bounen no Zamned

A small island isolated from a conflict between a northern government and a southern free zone maintains a peaceful existence. Akiyuki Takehara resides there with his mother, separated from his father, a local doctor. Each day, Akiyuki delivers lunch to his father before heading to school. During one such day, he and two friends experience an explosion at school. A strange light from the blast enters Akiyuki’s arm, causing severe pain. Before he can process what happened, a girl with white hair, who was on the same bus, leads him toward an unfamiliar form of power.
