This OVA series continues the story of a group of bio-enhanced individuals who combat crime as the Borgmen. Years after the original team disbanded, three remaining members—Ryo, a rocket scientist; Anise, his girlfriend; and police officer Chuck Sweager—come back together in the episode "Lover's Rain." They confront an army of the undead that is causing a wave of violence and destruction.
