In a society where human-animal hybrids coexist with ordinary people, some individuals use their unique traits for criminal activity, leaving behind non-human clues that challenge law enforcement. Hiroshi Inaba, a part-wolf investigator, specializes in solving these cases by analyzing or tasting strands of hair to uncover vital information. His unusual method coincides with a mild obsession with hair, which does not seem to hinder his two assistants. One of them cross-dresses and appears unfazed by Inaba’s quirks. Inaba is determined to stop Don Valentino, a half-goat mob leader with a penchant for accumulating wealth. The detective aims to dismantle Valentino’s criminal operations, navigating through complex evidence to achieve justice.
