Fujiko Fujio A no Mumako

This anime adaptation of the horror manga "Mumako" by Fujio (A) Fujiko is composed of three separate short stories. Each story centers on a different protagonist dealing with stress from societal expectations. The only recurring character is Mumako, who appears in all three and fulfills a distorted version of the protagonist's wish, resulting in a physical transformation. Each story title hints at the nature of the transformation. The stories are titled Castle, Transformation, and Slough. The anime was originally aired as a one-time broadcast on the entertainment program "Gimia Bureiku" on TBS.
